KASAhelpline

KASAhelpline is a culturally sensitive helpline service for BME communities.  The primery aim of the service is to act as the first point of contact for people affected by mental illness.  

The service is provided according to our policies on equal opportunities and confidentiality.  All information is confidential to KASAhelpline and no written records are kept.

The service provides: 

  • Confidential Mental Health Advice and Information
  • Benefits Advice and Information
  • Referral

The service is accessible via phone and email.

Unfortunately you will no longer be able to speak to a live operator as this is now an answering service.  Please leave a message and we will respond to your enquiries within 2 hours.

Unfortunately due to a lack of funding we are no longer providing the telephone service.  However the email and answering services are still available and we endeavour to respond to all enquiries within 2 hours.  We apologise for any inconvenience this might cause and we hope to be able to resume our usual services in the near future.
